1. Final Sale Policy
All sales made through Sagg Studio are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an error has occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
Orders may only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or packaged. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please carefully review product details, including size, color, and specifications, before placing your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@saggclothing.com
To process your request, please include your order number, a clear photo of the item received, and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Non-Eligible Items for Replacement
We do not offer replacements for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. This also includes items purchased on sale, during promotions, drops, or limited releases.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Sagg Studio is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
