Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

3. Shipping Address

Orders are shipped from Canada.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address information.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

 

6. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
